Booked a load. Called in for rate sheet bc it wasn't received yet... Told it was being built and sending over.
Called back bc I still hadn't received.. "accidentally" sent it to another carrier after we had booked and were waiting for 30 min.

Do not haul their load worst broker that I’ve dealt with. Amber Carroll is the worst broker ever I’d rather choose TQL company like themselves are the one that makes trucking a nightmare.

The company is very deceiving. We booked a load posted for 40,000 lbs which is about the amount of weight we put on our trailers to avoid weight issues. The confirmation reads 15,000 lbs which anyone would say it's a plus. But we got loaded with ACCORDING TO THE FORKLIFT OPERATOR 48,000 lbs. I called Tortorigi and they argument was that the posting was for a full truck load which I suppose in their eyes means 48,000 lbs. Then when I tried to rebuke their statements the lady I was speaking to became very offended as many people nowadays do when you confront them with the truth.

I had a terrible experience with this company. They did nothing they said they were going to do. They supplied the wrong type of truck, told us wrong times when they would show up, told us they would return our tarp and have refused to do so. I would not recommend them to anyone.
