The service was great, food was just okay. The salsa that came with the complimentary chips was just okay and after asking for a more mild salsa it was just way too smoky. The Cumin flavor in the soup was overpowering but the meatballs seemed fresh and were tasty. I got a combination with an enchilada tamale and chile relleno. Each was just okay but once again there was way too much cumin flavor in the enchilada sauce The tamale was the best. The tostada was large and my father-in-law seemed to enjoy it. The chicken inside of my mother-in-law's chicken burrito was too hard to cut through let alone eat so that was disappointing. We had to wait for a table even though half the restaurant was empty. I do want to stress again that our server was incredible he kept up with everything we wanted and was very knowledgeable about the menu items. Just wish the food would have been better.

We went yesterday to the bar for happy hour. Got a pitcher of margaritas, fish and shrimp ceviche, and taco dinner plate all for only $67. Starts with a B like Beatrice or similar. I'm sorry I can't remember her name but her service for my wife and I was fantastic.

Order chicken sopes, the chicken wasn’t appetizing, it needed lots of seasoning.. The tortilla shell sides were not cooked through they were only warm & idk what a damn black olive gotta do with chicken sopes, it made my food looked boring and definitely not tasty.
My bf got a Menudo but it was a mixed with pozole.. the waiter offered tortilla chips for the menudo but NEVER brought it to our table, with that I can tell you the service the waiters provides.

Great food and taste. Nachos were delicious. Restaurant has really great atmosphere. All the servers were welcoming and smiling whole time which makes the experience even better. MANUEL is a great server. Prices are very reasonable too & food was ready in 10-12 mins. Didn’t wait too long for the table either.

On a road trip. I stopped by for breakfast and was seated promptly. Chips, salsa, and water followed shortly after. Had my meal in front of me in about 10 minutes freshly cooked. Delicious, home style, and tasty.

We enjoy this restaurant when we come into town. Have not had a bad server. The food was good. Lots of flavor in the chile verde. My husband enjoyed the tacos.

Stopped in the other night for dinner & as normal, food came out good. I've yet to have anything come out bad, but I will say the service needs to be sped up because it can take awhile at times.

All in all: Good food, friendly service! Definitely worth the stop if have not yet.

I ordered the chicken mole enchilada plate for 19.99 chicken was very dry! Like chewing on tire rubber. Never got a refill on my glass of Coke. Had to get up and ask for my check so I could leave. Dont waste your money.
