Very delicious meals. Was very busy Christmas day but food still arrived within 15 minutes. Made reservations but they even took us early. The tempura with sause is amazing. Super friendly wait staff. I 10/10 recommend. It's comparable to the food i had in japan. Big portions I demolished the noodles shown in photo

Their food is always good. I ordered the bento box (pictured) and substituted the sushi roll that came with it for a peanut roll. Those are surprisingly good! The others joining me had the poke bowl, sushi rolls, edamame, tempura, and fried rice. Everything came out good! If you're looking for solid Japanese food / sushi this is the place to go in Rutland. They also have the bonus of being open later than most places. 5 stars, will be continuing to enjoy eating there

Tasty food, attentive and friendly staff, cozy space with a nice atmosphere.
Enjoyed everything we order and did not have to take home leftovers.
Left the restaurant with filled stomachs.
Must try if you are a sushi lover and like Japanese food.
Sorry for taking photos after we got started eating, very reasonable for 4 people.

I was craving for sushi. I found a really GREAT GEM. Amazing food. I ordered BEEF NEGIMAKI, YELLOWTAIL JALAPEÑO, DRAGON ROLL, EEL AVOCADO HAND ROLL and SMOKED SALMON SUSHI. Everything was so fresh and delicious. GREAT NEW SPOT TO HAVE A NICE LUNCH OR DINNER. REALLY RECOMMEND IT. THE SERVICE WAS 10/10 KEN was my server so nice, friendly and helpful.

I hardy ever write reviews for places but I wanted to take the time to give Tokyo house a 5 star review. The food is consistently made to perfection. I typically cook all of my own food but once a month we make the 1hr drive to Tokyo House because the food and service are phenomenal! I have had most things on the menu and I am still pleasantly surprised every time I go in how amazing the food is! You wont be disappointed if you choose Tokyo House for your next meal!

Tokyo House is one of my favorite places to eat in Rutland. The staff are kind and helpful and the service is at a good pace. I prefer going here during quieter hours as a Saturday night can get quite busy and noisy with the high ceilings.

The food options are fresh and prepared pretty quickly (by VT standards at least) even on a busy night.

Fresh fresh fresh. The ambiance is great. The place has been recently remodeled, and the interior design is well above a typical sushi restaurant. We had sushi rolls and tea. All the rolls were delicious and generous with the fish and avocado portions. Highly recommend!
