Wonderful food and service. The waitresses were nice. The portions were big, the food was delicious, and we will come back again. 😋

Only ordered takeouts here. Finally got to dine in. Ordered the wings (maple BBQ) for appetizers and its was good and crispy. Probably one of the best wings in Saint Albans. Ordered the sirloin cheesesteak and its was good with fresh bread. Came with beer-battered fries, nice and crispy. My only issue was that there were 2 of us and we were only given one breakfast & lunch menu. We had to switch back and forth looking at the menu.

The serving of food was smaller than what we get at other places and the cost was higher than at other places I visit. The parking is not the handiest nor is there much of it right at the establishment. We waited quite a while to get a seat but we did get there at a busy time of day. With that said there were multiple groups of 4 seated before us and we only had one more. When asked to add a sausage to our order while the waitress was bringing out our food she came across as annoyed. Additionally, I don't know if they were short staffed, or if something else was going on but the staff seemed snippy and annoyed with each other. I was not comfortable there.

Coming from NJ, this place felt like I was right back at a hometown diner. The staff was super friendly, and I food was incredibly delicious. Every component was seasoned to perfection. Definitely try the french toast with their VT maple syrup.

Ate here three times last week. Friendly staff, could use a few more parking spots. The bacon was good, but the Sausage patty was really good. Ham was a decent size and nicely grilled. Pancakes are nice and fluffy, but I feel the French toast is better. Definitely spend the extra dollar for the Vermont maple syrup.

I was in a group of 6 people and they were able to accommodate us as soon as we walked in. Kathy was our server and she was just phenomenal! Great vibes, amazing food! 100% would come back if we are ever in the area again!

I give a one star based on my experience today. On 1/1, we arrived as a table of 4 and were very grateful to get a table at Tim’s place when there were no other open diners. The food was as usual, but toward the end of my meal after drinking the water I instantly felt sick. (I can only liken it to the feeling you get in your stomach after taking a big gulp of sour milk).

My water tasted like the smell of a plunger.

I had another person taste the water who said the same thing before I shared how I was feeling. We let the server know we believed there was something wrong with the water and asked if she had tasted it. She took the glass, went to a back room and came back and said “I agree there is something wrong” and went to notify the owner. She came back and said “the owner said the water was fine and there was nothing wrong with the water”.
I asked her why she said the water didn’t taste right after leaving with the glass the first time.
The whole interaction was nothing short of disappointing - the owner did not bother to come out, we weren’t given new water. I would caution anyone who eats there, it’s obviously at your own risk. If you let them know something is wrong you can expect to be treated with indifference.
