This truck was in the far left lane riding our tail. We pulled over and he passed us in the left lane going seems like 80. He is weaving in and out , cut off an RV who had to slam his brakes . Going so fast we don’t see him anymore. This driver needs to be fired.

We are on our way to Panama City Beach for vacation when a gravel truck spit gravels all over our truck and cracked the windshield. I immediately called Thompson Carriers and I spoke with Mr. Ryan. He was very rude. He didn’t want to help out. He took up for his coworker. Listen, I understand if you don’t wanna pay 2500 for a windshield, I work for a multimillion dollar company. You are supposed to use your customer service no matter what and you should give your all. I’m sure you won’t have business with the rudeness and lack of customer service and value. BE RESPECTFUL and VALUE YOUR CUSTOMERS. Just to let you know you will be paying something, when a lawyer calls your office.

Mr Thompson let me park my trailer there for a week after a breakdown. Had truck towed back to NC and went back to get trailer a week later. Not many people like that left anymore. Big thanks

Excellent company. They take Customer service to the next level and will exhaust all effort to get the job done. Dispatchers work hard around the clock with super fast response times. Drivers are much more than just steering wheel holders and they get the job done right the first time. The front office is well trained, extremely friendly, and timely. Owners genuinely care about their employees and customers much more than your standard company/other local companies. There’s a reason they’re growing the way they are— excellent service. Would recommend to anybody needing something hauled on a truck. Give them your business and you won’t be sorry.

I have a vast experience with the company. The negative reviews you see here are generally just disgruntled, bad 4 wheeler drivers, who have no idea how trucking works or how to operate their personal vehicle on the highway around big trucks.

Tell that douchbag driver on unit 187 to move out of the diesel pumps instead of blocking them because he can't walk 60 feet more to go get breakfast and chit chat with the employees at Love's. Like if everybody else has hes time to waste!!!! What a POS!!!

Despite what they say they are liable for ANYTHING that falls off their trucks... securing the load is a FMCSA regulation....if rocks are falling off or tar/asphalt is leaking they are responsible to make sure the truck is SEALED to include the tarp or net or door. If it is and still dropping stuff call the nearest weighstation or State Trooper or sheriff they will do a roadside inspection and assess the truck and driver of ppw or equipment if points are assessed they will hit the company aswell enough points and the company will get pulled into every weighstation to be inspected and the company will be under an audit. 200ft back 300ft is meant to mitigate them having to repair tons of windows but doesnt absolve them.

Check your equipment and quit hiring failed company drivers.
