We scheduled assistance a week ahead of our move and on the day of, they were supposed to meet us as the storage unit within the time frame of 8:30-9:00am, but they were a no show. After several calls and texts, they finally reached back out at 10am and told us it would be around noon. Around noon they text us back telling us they were going to get the truck. Three hours past and we never heard anything and ended up having to rent our own U-Haul and move everything ourselves. I can't speak to the quality of service since they never showed up and failed to communicate that they couldn't make it. You may save money by using this company or you may end up having to make last minutes plans to move everything yourself, just a fair warning for anyone trying to save money and use this service.

We hired them to help us move at the end of June. We gave a $200 deposit and on the date agreed they had not shown up, and had not reached out. After a while of unresponsive messages they told us their truck wasn’t working. We asked for a refund on our deposit and made other plans. The owner claimed several times over the next couple of weeks that the refund should be in my account already and that he would have to call customer service. Long story short. Weeks went by, and we never got our refund. He told me he would meet me with cash, but never did. He said he could send it on cashapp so I sent him my info and he never sent it, and stopped responding to my texts. Definitely would not recommend.

I moved here from Tennessee on Wednesday August 16. My help failed to show up to unload the U-Haul. The lady in the office gave me Thomas moving services number. He is great, hard worker, he gets the jobs done. If you need anything, give Thomas a call. You will be pleased with his service.

A friend hired this company for me to help move some items to my home. I was not home at the time. I was very worried how they would leave things. I was so impressed with how perfectly things were left. They were very thoughtful with where they set things and it made an overwhelming time in my life not so bad! You can definitely trust them to be professional and thoughtful! My friend who helped them get my items said they were very kind and patient. Go for it! Hire them 🙂
