I just want to say one thing these guy will rip you off. I was picking a load around here and my refeer battery gives me problem .I came to this place to change it and they change the battery and just to change it they charged me 476$ labor and battery for 224$. To change a battery it’s take 15 to 20 max and am not understanding how these 20 minutes cost 476$

We called when they opened, looking to get a TCU calibration and a PM service. Remind you, it's last minute. We had a 5 hour drive to get to them. No problem, they say, we'll work you in. Got there around 3ish. They worked us in. Chris came out to the truck and completed both the calibration and service in about an hour and a half. Chis explained to us about our TCU controller and that it can give a lot of information to the person working on it. Let just say if you need service, hell, if you have a question about your ThermoKing, this is the place to stop by or call. They are very efficient and knowledgeable.

Another flawless experience. In & out within a few hours of phone call to back on the road. Swung in for TCU PM. Chris was a great tech, noticed the alternator belt needed replaced. Good eye! William & staff in office always smiling, friendly, & efficient. Always welcoming of our pups on premises as well! Thanks again guys, until next time!

These guys are great, this is the 2nd time I've been here. Alvaro is the front office service advisor, he is honest, helpful, communicates well, good follow up, doesn't over promise and confident. They identified 2 problems with my a/c unit, gave me a fair price and said that a code that did come up was not necessary to worry about now. Same experience as the first time-great!!

Horrible company that will price gouge like no other. This was the only local company that worked on the heating unit installed in our van. Front staff guy quotes me $600 before dropping off the van. This guy was clueless and did nothing but watch tv all day. Final bill was over $1000. Claiming that they had hours of labor invested which is highly suspect based on what was requireD to fix the unit. Their work lasted for 15 hours of use and I’m in the same boat again. Finally, another company started servicing these heaters and he informed me that he charges $250. New shop spoke with a representative of the manufacture of the heater who knew where the van was serviced based on the cost of the repair. He stated that he heard numerous accounts of other customers being fleeced. He is out of state but also charges $250/service. The service should have included $40 in parts and an hour or two of labor. Thermo king is a joke. They have you in a bind and take advantage. Other people looking to service an espar heater take them to Agile. You won’t be disappointed.

I've recent patronize this business. It'll literally be the last time they would ever receive any business from my company.  I had some personal items that came up missing after the truck was in the possession of the shop. Before I place the truck in the shop I did a video recording of all my personal belongings in the truck. Items came up missing I reached out to the management William left multiple voicemail emails with no response. If you leave your truck at the shop please take all your belongings you've been warned. Do not trust this company especially the minority communities.

The staff is attentive and professional, but over 400.00 to tell me that I need a new compressor is ridiculous. Definitely driver abuse. Consider other options before using this vendor or line up a bank loan first....
