This UPS store is super helpful. The head of the store / manager is a super knowledgeable woman who helped put me at ease when ten of my small businesses packages were lost in the system. They always help me each week when I come running in with bags of packages at the very last minute to put on the truck right before closing, and they're there with a smile (unlike the post office employees who I'm pretty sure legit hate each and every customer who walks in). Thank you UPS Store on Lake Street!

This is an excellent store with excellent people, great location, well lit, great window overlooking the park, clean, the service is first class, they go the extra mile to help you. I enjoy the casual conversation.

i’ve had to come here a few times to drop off online return orders, including some from amazon. the front desk people are very helpful. one woman helped me last time and she walked me through how to get amazon on the phone promptly so that i could get more return labels (they hadn’t sent me enough) and then she helped me quickly print those labels in the store. parking out front is somewhat difficult due to limited street parking and busy street but i’ve been lucky every time i’ve come.

The owner stuck it out assisting me with a transaction I had never attempted before but it was crazy busy and I felt the impatience of the people behind me so I’d be more cautious about when I went because Oak Parkers can be impatient and self-important on occasion.
