Normally I use USPS because that's who I've always used. I needed to get a package out at the last second and USPS was closed. I ran into this UPS store and was welcomed with a great staff. Red not only took the time to sort me out, but she also informed me that I'd need a notary and notorized me on the spot. She saved me weeks of turn around for a time sensitive document. Don’t go there for a passport photo mine got rejected TWICE, first one got kicked back, went back and the second one got rejected also. Was told their app was right .. they do an excellent job with packages though.

I went in to return a package to a retail store. I have used this store for this service previously and they only need to scan the QR code from my phone and accept the package. During this visit, I was told I needed to email the label and pay $2 for them to receive the email and print the label. I received a receipt for “Printer Rental.” This fee wasn’t explained very well and there was no visible sign stating there is a fee for return labels. Also, the cashier was a bit condescending asking if I knew how to email. I definitely know how to email and leave a review. A sign or at least updating the item charge on the register could prevent misunderstandings and this store from looking as if they nickel and dime or steal by adding understated up-charges.

Customer service I received tonight was top notch. I arrived soon before the store was set to close. Store employees Michelle, Sydney, and Sierra welcomed me, worked with me to complete an order that required some troubleshooting, and never once complained when completing the order took them past closing time. Incredibly courteous and professional. Will definitely be back whenever I need printing or other services.
