She knows when to call me when important or timely items arrive. She knows, for example, to forward my ballot, DMV registration, and invitations that arrive during the weeks that am temporarily living away from Sausalito, and keeps other deliveries safe until I return. John and Lisa take excellent care of all my mailing needs. Local business, incredibly friendly, and they haven’t dropped the ball even once in all the years we’ve been together.
