I’ve stored things here for several years, ever since losing my home to a wildfire in another state. I originally chose this place because the pricing was so good (and the location was perfect). At the time, I didn’t think I’d need to store anything long-term, but now I’m even more pleased I chose this place. Mainly because the manager Clay is so helpful, always making himself available whenever needed. He is super-responsive whenever I’ve reached out, and recently, when I realized I could use more space, he gave me several good options, as well as helping make my move seamless (even over a holiday weekend).

I also *love* the updated access system rolled out recently! Makes getting in and out such a breeze, and the new unit doors roll up and down so smoothly. That whole process of making the place better was done so professionally, and I get the sense that Clay is always looking for ways to improve the experience of storing here. This place manages to be both easy-to-access and very safe-and-secure. All while keeping a small-business vibe that makes every interaction so much simpler and friendlier. I’d recommend this place highly to anyone who’s looking!

Best place to store things. The employee that runs things is extremely professional and makes sure things are well taken care of. I'm a completely satisfied all around with this place. Alarms on every unit and gate with code to enter and exit. I definitely recommend this facility and Pam lots of respect for taking care of things so well and the awesome update to the place is coming along great.

I chose this location due to it being in a quiet neighborhood, and close to my new home. It’s clean, secure and pest free. Price wise, it’s not too bad either. I really appreciate having access to a freight elevator since my unit is on the second floor, and the provided roller carts helped out a LOT.

Office hours are a little weird, but manageable. Only reason I didn’t give this place five stars is because of exposed nails in some of the unit walls, which could be a hazard.

This was a good experience overall. We phoned a few storage places in Los Gatos and decided to look at this facility first. The manager (Yolanda) was great. The first unit we looked at was perfect. Yolanda made the whole rental experience easy and pleasant. I wish all of my endeavors went so well!

This is a great storage place with reasonable rates. There is a wide variety of locker sizes. The manager, Jason, is very nice and extremely helpful. When we had to move our parents' things, but weren't sure exactly how much space we would need, he was flexible. He's also got great ideas on how to get rid of possessions that Salvation Army might not want. Just a great guy all around.

I’ve been storing stuff here for over 10 years (i think — at any rate it’s been a *really* long time). It’s been great. Management has changed during that time but Jason, the current manager, has always been friendly and helpful. I’ve stored electronics and audio equipment without any issues; the environment is controlled and all the equipment has done well. I’ve never had any doubts about security; the controlled access is good. Highly recommend!
