Reviews had me scared asf. Appointment was at 18:00 was like 6 mins late. Had gotten confused thought it was the other building down the street. But not to bad. Live load was 2 hours. Not bad. Not bad.

Warnings to truck drivers. Don’t come here and stay away if you can avoid it. It’s one of worst shipping in Taxes. I came here at 10:45Am and it’s now 6:18pm. I’m still in dock!!! Good luck if you’re trying to pick up. Check in is always long line. It’s horrible,horrible,horrible.

Waited 2 and a 1/2 hours to get loaded. And then be told that 1 pallet didn't fit. So they had to reload the truck. Worst shipping and receiving department I've ever seen. And please check to other reviews. There's no way someone should ever given this company of 4 are 5 star rating, they are lying.

This company is worst company that I ever seen, first they are racist, if you are black you have to scan to fill out long form, but if you are white you just give them your licence and that is it.
Also you should wait your appointment, they dont accept even one minute early.
Everywhere is long line, guard shack line is too long, to check in thier office and check out has long lines too.
I will never come back.

They are soooo slow and behind. I did a full reset waiting... Trucks wait in parking spots right in front of the docks. Some drivers had to ask other drivers to move so they can dock their trucks. They do have a break room and bathrooms for truckers. That's why they earned 1 star from me. "No overnight parking"

I was loaded in two hours. I had a two pm appointment and showed up at 1:30 and was put in a door right away. I was loaded by 4 and on my way. I’ve been to better places and way worse. Overall just another average shipper.

Pretty simple process…there are 2 locations in very close proximity so be sure to ask guard if you are at the right spot. Loading seems to be pretty slow, not sure on unloading process. Backed into dock almost an hour ago and still have green light so I will update total time later.
