Excellent and exciting new cuisine served on Mondays and Tuesdays at Lost Nation Brewing Company. We got Bao Buns, Korean Noodles and the K.K.D., which was a combination mozzarella stick and corn dog breaded with crispy panko with a ketchup/mustard topping. Each item was perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. The Lost Nation bar is open during food truck hours so you can grab a beer or cocktail with your food. Highly recommended!

Sooo good! Got the Jack Fruit Bao Buns. I had to double check because it looked just like pulled pork. It was delicious! Best jack fruit dish I have ever had. Can't wait to try the salad and the noodles.
