The food here was DELICIOUS!
The portions are generous and every last item was prepared right. The wings were excellent and the Greek salad was also very enjoyable. We will return here every time we visit the area!

Service was friendly and fast, but the gyro was really bad. Meat was dry and crunchy and the pita was more like a tortilla that was toasted. Fries were good though.

I really think that the people of moody sleep on this place!!!!! It's amazing!!!!! My favorite is the pita club with fries (can't forget the ranch, theirs is the best). The staff is absolutely WONDERFUL!!!!!!! MY FOOD WAS SO FRESH IT BLEW MY MIND. I'm absolutely making this place a normal place to visit during my work week. Can't recommend it enough. Please go! Support this business! They're open 1030-7 daily except Sundays!!!!!!

Gyro meat was cold and overcooked like beef jerky. Waitress apologized and had the cooks make another. If you're used to eating a real gyro this is not the place to find one. No tzatziki sauce, tomatoes or onions. Lettuce, meat and a little bit of orange sauce is what you get.

The chicken sandwich was pretty good, no complaints. Fries were good. The sweet tea tasted like it had mint in it, so I poured it out and drank coke. I noticed others waiting a long time in the drive thru window for their food. Restaurant was clean and only had two people working. Thanks ..

The Purple Onion in Moody, Alabama was beyond expectations. We have never eaten here and didn’t know what to expect. Cannot understand a review any lower than 5 stars. The only thing we could think of to change would be Earth friendly packaging, that’s it!

Next, love the idea of a restaurant with a drive-through. No, this is not fast food this is restaurant quality meals! The menu was good with healthy options. We will definitely come by Moody to go to the Purple Onion again! The shrimp kabob was delicious and a heart healthy amt of veggies. Will be back! Thank you.
