After doing a lot or research to find the best moving company in the city, I can hands down say I found them! The Professionals Moving Specialist certainly lived up their name and the incredible number of 5-stars reviews. They were on time, professional, moved swiftly, took great care of my items and home (on both ends of the move), and went above and beyond to help finish up various odds and ends. Additionally, before the move, the office was helpful with clear communication and instructions. The cost was also very reasonable— lower than I expected. Overall, I would give this company and the crew 10+ stars if I could!

Javier O, Jose, Fabio and Adolfo were fantastic movers. They were quick and efficient and took care to avoid walls and put down floor covers when unpacking into our new home. This is our second time using the professionals and we will use them again if we ever need to move in the future!

I just moved to a new house and used the professionals to move my items. They arrived on time and were respectful. Despite being on the third floor, they made no complaints. They also hustled despite having some heavy boxes and weights. The three that helped me had a good rapport and were joking with each other. The total price was expected and all items were transported safely. I definitely recommend using this company!

This is our second move using The Professionals and I don’t think we’ll ever move with another company. It was incredibly smooth and nothing was damaged. For reference, we moved from a two bed apt into a four bedroom house and they handled all of the big furniture as well as antiques I’ve collected.

The team showed up on time, they communicated when they were on their way and they were really efficient in getting everything done (they showed up at 8am and we were done before lunch time).

They also helped wrap, protect and secure heavy/antique furniture and put everything back together at our new place. They even helped us put felt tips on the furniture and offered to rearrange things if we changes our minds.

Overall, I highly recommend the professionals. Oscar and his team were kind, efficient, STRONG and expert.

We had another fantastic experience with The Professionals Moving Specialists in Chicago! Our moving crew, led by Gustavo Moreno, was outstanding. The team of four arrived early, came prepared with all the necessary packing and moving supplies, and got right to work efficiently and, well, frankly professionally(the name says it all).

They handled all of our belongings with care, packed quickly but carefully, and disassembled and reassembled our furniture seamlessly. At the new apartment if they were ever unsure where something should go, they asked for direction rather than assuming, which we really appreciated.

This is the second time we've used The Professionals, and both experiences have been top-notch. The pricing felt absolutely worth it for the level of service, and the team worked so smoothly that any challenges they may have encountered were handled without us even noticing.

We highly recommend The Professionals Moving Specialists (ask for Gustavo's crew!) and will definitely be using them again for all our future packing and moving needs!
