Genuinely the best breakfast I've ever had. The waffles were 100/10, everything about it was amazing. They use organic, local ingredients. The service is fantastic. The cafe is very cute - there's a map showing where customers have come from and also a "broom parking" outside with different types of cool brooms. There's a lot of seating inside and parking on the streets and next to the cafe.

Came after a hike with my daughter and we loved it! We got the Tuscany with garlic waffle, and the watermelon cucumber salad.
Everything was amazing and their menu had so many options.

What a hidden treasure we found! The Primitive Waffle Cavé is phenomenal! We truly enjoyed visiting with the owner and hearing her story. Changing the food scene to focus on wellness and creating a welcoming community one magnificent waffle at a time! We will go back whenever we are back in town!

1st time here.
Staff is so helpful. Everything is organic. Gluten free. Vegan options. Fresh. Delicious. Seating is limited as it's a small place. There are 2 small tables outside. The drinks are amazing. Tea. Coffee. Smoothies. Reasonably priced. I think the only thing I don't like about this place is that they close at 2pm.

This place deserves 5 stars. In southern Utah hiking and needed a place to stop for lunch. Searched Yelp and found this place had many 5 star reviews. Owned by a single mom living out her dream to open a small gluten free, healthy restaurant. We were greeted by a very friendly girl who we asked what she recommended. We ordered the Hunter and my husband ordered the Ciao Chow. Both were soo good. Came with a delicious cucumber/watermelon/mint salad - so good! We will be coming back when we are passing through again.

We stumbled upon this place during the Parowan Street festival, and what a find! I was psyched to find something 100% safe for celiacs in small town Utah. The food was very delicious, and the people working there are so kind. We liked it so much we stopped by the next day, but it was 5 minutes before closing 😮 However, they happily made us food and recognized us from the day before. The people working here are friendly and awesome. Thank you! 10/10 recommend!!

Found this place on a whim and so glad I did!! Cutest little local cafe/coffee shop! I had the ham and Swiss waffle with sauerkraut added and it was divine! Loved the addition of sweet pickles and carrots on the side. Everything is GF and healthy without refined sugars and a great lighter option compared to the heavier cafes around. Will be taking a day trip to visit from St. George soon! As a former barista of local coffee shops, I’m very impressed with the staff and their knowledge and recommendations. 5 stars!
