Amazing from start to finish. I requested a quote on a Sunday thinking I wouldn’t hear from them for a day, but I was immediately responded to.
I needed an upright piano removed from my home and was quoted $400. A low price compared to other junk removers. I was able to schedule with them online a day that worked for me.
The day came and they checked out the property, location, piano, and said they’d be back in about 20 minutes. They arrived with an awesome trailer and had my piano loaded in ten minutes. Good-bye piano!

I recently had some remodeling work done at my home in Urbana. My handyman left a lot of construction debris in the backyard including a toilet and some gutters. I called the Mule to get a quote. He was able to get into the backyard with me present. He provided a very fair quote and hauled off everything I needed removed that same day. I called Rudy with a request to clear out an apartment for a young lady, my cousin, who was in an accident and will no longer be able to live on her own. It was urgent to move her things out of the apartment to avoid any further rental charges.
