I’m sure this company does great work but what this review is for is their inability to tell you about the hidden charges. I requested a quote via telephone for a rebuild on a certain type of hydraulic ram on a forklift. The company informed me that someone would have to come out to give me an accurate quote. What they failed to tell me was that you need a quote for the quote. They charged me almost $1000 for someone to drive 3 hours and tell me “yes that’s leaking.” I paid for a tool charge, which blew my mind because the only tool he used were his eyes. So basically we are using tax payers dollars to pay for a pdf document. The quote for new rams would cost the tax payers roughly the cost of a new forklift go figure. When I called to speak to someone about it, they said it’s common knowledge and it is the standard service fee. Sure wise guy, let me pull out my booklet for standard service fees. So, I really appreciate it Lilly Company. Merry Christmas ?
