The females here are running a big fraud scheme. I looked at my statements one day and was curious because the title of M&M 2000 LLC kept popping up. So I called and asked if they can send me a principal statement along with all the statements too. I received it and didn't make sense. I spoke to Ana and asked her if the payments that were showing up on the account showing up her side she told me no that it wasnt. The next day I spoke to Racheal and asked what was going on. Long story short she couldn't explain who made the charges and that it was an accident oh and mind you she also wanted to know that why I had not said anything if I had noticed charges as if it was my fault.i asked to speak to someone above her and she refused. I then told her that I know what further actions I would take and hung up. Soon after she called my mother who is also on the account and told her that it was a mistake that she would replace the money that was taken out. She concluded that it was $1800 and told my mother that it was replaced already almost 9 days ago and nothing has been put back . I just had to call the bank and dispute over2k so far and that's not even the half. I've now spoken to state attorneys general office and filed a complaint to CFPB and waiting on what they tell me since they are in another state. I might have to go out there and file a police report .
