Owner of a new Hot Tub purchased from the Folsom location. Scott was wonderful in providing all the details, recommendations, and education on the tubs available. There were many phone calls and emails prior to me coming in to purchase and he was always fast to respond with all my questions and concerns. The purchasing process was seamless, quick and flexible. Lastly wanted to also recognize Christian, the water care expert. He is very thorough on his instructions, giving explanations and importance of the care. He traveled to my house and adjusted another appointment to assure he had enough time to teach me the ins and outs of caring for my tub.
I would recommend anyone thinking of a purchase to stop in and see Scott in Folsom!

We accidentally found The Hot Tub Store in Folsom when we found out we were unable to buy a spa locally at a competitors shop which was closed. My husband and I are glad things worked out the way they did. Our experience has been wonderful. We had the pleasure of working with Scott. He was great at explaining the different types and brands of hot tubs they offered. I think what impressed us the most was his knowledge of the products and the fact he did not pressure us at all. He listened to what we were looking for and helped give insight on which spa might be an option for us. We truly enjoyed our shopping and sale experience with the Hot Tub Store and will refer everyone we know to Scott and the store. Thank you Scott! Loving our new spa!

I purchased a hot tub from this store 6 years ago. Recently I developed a leak in my tub. I called the hot tub store and they referred me to their service dept., where I could not speak to a technician! So I explained my problem to the clerk she spoke to her manager and they said, $274. To come to my house, $100. Per half hour labor and $630.00 for a new pump! This is ROBBERY! I check on line a new exact pump was $350. the hot tub store doubled it, plus I live 15 minutes from the store $274. Just to come to my house, then $100. A half hour for labor! ROBBERY!!!!! The total would have been in excess of $1100. Needless to say that I found a repair company who charged me $600. The Hot Tub Company does not treat its customers fairly after buying their tubs!!!!! Shame on them for charging double what a spa repair company charges!

Their tubs are at the high end of the market of premium spas, but the staff as the Folsom location are great. Bridget answered questions for our family on many trips to the showroom and was great to work with. She ended up locating the tub we wanted in their system and the experience so far has been excellent.

Patrick was incredibly helpful and informative on my visit. No high pressure sales, but high on informative details to help understand options and benefits. Almost a year later I am bumping it to 4 stars instead of 5 because it took months for them to pick up the hot tub for warranty work once we discovered a leak. We have been without the use of the spa for over three months and are waiting for the fix and return.
