We tried everything!!!!
The macaroons are on point and if you wanna add steroids get the PHAT MAC ice cream sandwich on macarons. So big you can’t even eat the whole thing. The chocolate salted caramel was the best.
We tried multiple oils and vinegars. Our favorite was the elderberry balsamic!!! So so yummy and not too sweet. We are taking one home.
The garlic olive oil was so good also. The bread was SO DELICIOUS. It tasted good alone and with ANY of the oils. We are definitely coming back! Hopefully on the regular when in Payson.

My life is forever changed. I’m torn between standing on the street corner with a sign spreading the good news and keeping this a secret so I can always be first in line. My wife and I are VERY particular about our sandwiches. There are maybe two places in all of Utah we’ll even try twice. But THIS PLACE! This place is truly celestial. I got emotional after my first bite. The service, the pricing, the atmosphere, the taste testing. 10/10. 100/10. Already planning to bring friends later this week.

I almost forgot about the macaroons!!!! This is the first time in thirty years I have liked a macaroon. Kari does her own emulsions.

Walking into The Gourmet Way was the highlight of my month! You walk in and are greeted with the best aroma of fresh warm bread and sweet smells of oil and vinegars. They have a large wall with probably 100 different oils and vinegar that are at your fingertips. You can try all of them as well! Tht owners are adorable and have great recommendations of combos to try. I can't wait to give them all a taste!!

They have smaller sizes of oil and vinegar in all the flavors so you don't have to commit to a large bottle. PLUS, the small bottles are buy 5 get one free (which is exactly what I did!) I can't wait to go back!

The owner is incredibly helpful and introduced us to an incredible new world of flavors.
I thought I loved olive oil but now I truly know what it means to love olive oil.
That's not even bringing up how amazing the balsamic vinegars are.

Beautiful store with so many interesting varieties of balsamic vinegars and olive oils. They are so knowledgeable as to what to blend in order to get just the right taste for whatever dish you’re making. Delish focaccia & bakery! They carry other local products as well.

The gourmet way is amazing and I come here every time we visit from Tennessee!! I love the oils and vinegars and you just have to taste them to understand. They have free tastings and I highly recommend coming in and tasting their recommended pairings. I live the macarons and the seasonings they sell. My absolute favorite is their focaccia bread sandwiches that they hand make the bread for and the phat Macs that are made with homemade icecream and macarons. They are the best is cream sandwich you could ever eat. The service is friendly and knowledgeable and I will always come back!!

Cutest little shop on Main Street! They have delicious treats and unique olive oils and balsamic vinegars. We got a raspberry mango macaron that was divine and a really yummy s’mores brownie. A must try!
