By far the worst location in Fresno / Clovis area, I decided to give it another try after previously having a bad experience here. My fries seemed to be missing the spicy ranch drizzled and cheese. I asked if I could get a side of cheese to add since it lacked cheese and the older lady said it would be extra charge because she put cheese I showed her my plate and she said that’s how much we are required to put I made it myself and I made sure to add a drizzle of cheese if you want more you have to pay a few minutes later another customer mentioned the lack of cheese on his fries as well. Why are people here so rude and make the worst food out of all the other chicken shacks. This was at 7:30 pm on 1-2-2025. It’s not about the additional charge it’s about the fries missing ingredients clearly you can see the lack of cheese and spicy ranch

By far one of the worst chicken shacks. They’re never staffed properly (or at least make it seem that way). They charge WAY too much for how little you get. And the last time I ordered from here my food was not seasoned and under-cooked (see attached images). I highly recommend buying your food from somewhere else. Side note: it’s almost impossible to park nearby during the lunch hours.

We ordered a salad, #2 fries and Mac and cheese.
The salad was fine, the tenders were well cooked and the fries were good crisp and had a good taste. The macaroni and cheese was burnt, as soon as I opened it I saw black specks, I looked at it and it seemed to be throughout I tried a spoonful and it was definitely burnt. Tasted like burnt food, I mentioned it to the cashier who offered to give me a new one or my money back. I figured it would be from the same pot so I asked for my money back. Later a different cashier asked what was wrong so she can make a report I told her it was burnt and showed her the black specks on the spoon( the other cashier had taken the container) she looked at the spoon and said it was black pepper, I know the difference between black pepper and the taste of burned food. I hope they tasted the Mac and cheese and threw it out. Just disappointed that I was made to seem like I would lie about something like that. Wouldn't return.

First time experience in the area and ordered delivery an hour before close…
Fries were good. Seasoning was decent. Chicken sandwich was disappointing. As ordered, it consisted of two tenders sandwiched with lettuce, tomatoes, and red onions between two buns. No sauce, that’s extra. Would not recommend for the price.

It’s hit or miss here. Mostly miss. Sometimes the food is hot and tastes okay. Most of the time it’s cold and tastes terrible. I always order buffalo chicken fries. I first tried chicken shack years ago at Fresyes in downtown, before they had a store front. At that time they were great. Hot and fresh, the cheese was melted, the sauce was covering every bit of the fries, and it was a huge portion for the price, I was hooked. Even when they opened Fulton they were still amazing. After a few years it’s gone down. When I come I’m disappointed most of the time. Wish their quality control was better. I’d love to get a good buffalo fry that they use to put out.

Bland, soggy, chicken. Slow disinterested staff despite an empty restaurant. Terrible corn starch sauces. Never had chicken that had zero seasoning in the batter. Amazing. Also the beignets literally splashed oil out when bitten, they were water-logged with oil

The food was good. We asked for no seasoning on fries & seem to have some. The girl that took our order didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. We asked for dine in and we were the ONLY ones who got it to go in a bag everyone else got it in a plate for dine in. Not very friendly atmosphere but whatever.

Really loved this restaurant! My son and I would always stop by here and have dinner before going to the movie theater. It was a place that him and I will always remember. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is awesome! We moved across the country now but we will always miss this place!
