The first mail item received by this company on behalf of my business was mistakenly returned to the sender. Unfortunately, this was an important document from the EDD. The company quickly apologized, explaining it was an accident, and advised me to contact EDD to request the mail be resent. They have since reached out proactively to offer me a refund, which I declined until I receive confirmation from EDD regarding the address’s usability for my business. Should it become clear that I can no longer use their address, I will then accept the refund.

The owner has demonstrated integrity and genuine concern for their customers, actively working to ensure similar incidents are prevented in the future. Based on their responsiveness and professionalism, I would recommend giving them a chance.

I was able to take care of my passport stuff at the 4th Street location very easily and quickly

The staff was very patient and knowledgeable. They let me choose between four different photos they took with their digital camera for about $15.

It was printed within a matter of minutes and they helped me package my passport in a fully tracked priority envelope to the department of State passport processing center in Philadelphia.

The shipping speed and cost was about the same as going to the post office

Getting my passport photos was half the cost of shutterbug I'm cheaper than other places I called.

I didn't really have to wait at all to get this done compared to going to the post office

I would highly recommend going here if you in need of something regarding passport photos and shipping like I did.

The Central Office Owner, Lester, and Staff are very responsive and pleasant. They go above and beyond to provide amazing customer service. Lester waited after hours for a package delivery, which was a special gift, to make sure it had arrived.

Best place I've ever gotten livescan fingerprinting done! Super fast, plus the people working there were genuinely friendly - and there's a cute, well-behaved small dog. Noticed on the way out that they even sell some locally made items, which is really neat (something in jars - honey or jam?, dog bandanas, possibly other things).

Went in for Live Scan and walked out in under 5 minutes! Rolling fee was reasonable, staff was polite and helpful. I highly recommend using Central Office for Live Scan service.

This store will evidently take your money ( in my case more than $500) and then abandon you when shipping complications arise, and say, in effect, Sorry, not our problem. I just can't believe that this office would not go to MANY lengths to advocate for the customer! If it is at the discretion of DHL to not even turn over a shipment to Customs, there should have been a warning at the time of shipment.
. I have been shipping packages to Europe and Australia for 9 years -- and even used Central Office a couple of times some years ago, and this problem -- with the onerous demands and threats to charge for storage -- and abandonment by the U.S. shipper NEVER arose. The Central Office staff person with whom I spoke basically insulted my reading of the DHL demands. I did raise my voice but only when she would not let me finish my request for an explanation and inquiry about why DHL was holding my $500 shipment.
Her angry response and insults to me surpassed my lament to get help. The boxes were shipped from CENTRAL OFFICE WITH ALL REQUESTED PAPERWORK, payment, documents, etc.
How can this be a fair return on a HUGE financial outlay.
