All I need to know is my nearest drop off point and instead of being able to quickly access that information from their site I had to chat with a bot and now wait for an email response. Shouldn't be this complicated. Already a sign I will not be ordering anything from Zara again.....

Terrible, terrible company. If you read these reviews and still use them, it's on you. If a company offers to use them, order somewhere else. You can see they send a canned response to these critical reviews, but I bet they never follow up. You cant get through to them on a phone, why would they follow up. Like many others, every day an email saying out for delivery, expected by a certain time, then it never comes and the expected delivery date just updates to another day. I will never again purchase from any company that indicates they will use TForce for shipping. Never.

Extremely unprofessional. Given no delivery window. Called at 2 and got a delivery window of 12-5. Called at 5:09 got a revised delivery window of within 40 minutes and I requested a call from the driver. At 5:26 the tracking shows it turned back. Did they attempt? No, because I was outside. No call to update. No notification of any kind. Total waste of my day.

Do not use.

Don’t waste your time apologizing to me, I see past reviews and subsequent apologies have no impact on how business is conducted.

TForce is why Google needs a zero star option. The worst delivery service I have ever dealt with in my life. I’ve been trying for three days to get a Nordstrom order delivered and they won’t allow me to pick it up. Customer service is useless!

They also give the same response to every negative review but don’t fix the problems.

These folks use "No access" as a false excuse for significantly delayed deliveries, then still don't deliver when the address is confirmed. I NEVER have issues with deliveries. The 1st time they delivered a package, they dropped it off at the gate outside of my apartments and someone stole it, obviously. They are lazy and scammers. This company needs to be looked into. I will be filing a complaint. I called them and the lady put me on hold and hung up on me.

I ordered merchandise from Nordstrom Rack and for days T Forces tracking states "out for delivery". Still I haven't received my package. I called Nordstrom Rack and they stated they are investigating this company. They stated they have been getting the same issues from other customers. I feel they are stealing people's packages and doing something with these items. I have a letter into the Better Business Bureau and The CA Secretary of State.

Delivery is a week late and counting. First they lost my package. A week later, they found it. Then, they supposedly attempted to deliver it. They didn’t with reason “unsafe to deliver”. I have ring installed on my house. Incidentally, I was in my yard, as the notification came in. There was no delivery vehicle to be seen. This is also not the first time I have a problem such as this with them.

This company is in serious need of a thorough revision for mismanagement and incompetence, starting with management ending with the drivers. The quality of their service is horrendous.

I have tried to use them twice and both times they were unable to deliver a package to a business during business hours, and I am less than 25 miles away. After 2 3 4 failed attempts one would think maybe we should try a different approach?
