I order a refrigerator from Home Depot. Sadly they used this company. My item is marked delivered on Aug 28. No item was delivered. I continuously checked the status all weekend (Aug 28 - Sept 1) it did not say delivered.I checked it this morning (Sept 2) and it said it was delivered on Aug 28. This company sucks. I don’t know if it is just the Fresno office that has poor service but I definitely will not be ordering from Home Depot again in fear that they will use this company for their deliveries in the future.

Update: 09/02/2020 (same day) and after the owner left a comment down below.

I received an email telling me my item is delivered. I called them and customer service is telling me the same thing. The item was delivered on Aug 28 in front of the garage. We don’t have a garage! I wish I had the option of 0 stars.
They were unable to deliver my package to the UPS store (I pay for a mailbox so my deliveries go there instead of my front porch) because they arrived after hours on a Friday. Sounds reasonable. Not a big deal except the package was not sent out the next morning for delivery either. I got notification from Amazon to contact the service they use for local same day deliveries, so I did. When I managed through their automated system, I spoke with a male voice that was extremely rude. He was trying to place "blame" on the UPS store and kept questioning ME about the hours of operation saying " How can we deliver if YOU don't know when they close." I had already given him the tracking number. I just wanted to know where my package was and when to expect it. I finally said that I just wanted my package! After what had been a very frustrating call because they were offering NO information or solution. The final straw was when he hung up on me!
I quickly got a call from them. This time the guy was at least attempting to resolve the issues. He agreed that it should have been sent out again and did not know why it hadn't been. He offered the option of me going to their business to pick it up which is not what I paid for. The final solution he offered was for it to be delivered possibly Monday. I let him know that this level of customer service was NOT Amazon quality.

Side-note: I did call Amazon. They were apologetic and acknowledged the level of bad customer service I received. Maybe if enough people speak up, these guys will no longer be contracted with Amazon and be forced to eliminate people who are unwilling to help customers and build up their own customer service to stay in business.

This company deserves all of its negative reviews. My package was marked delivered on Saturday and wasn't actually delivered until Monday, to the wrong house on the complete other side of our neighborhood, despite having the correct delivery address clearly marked on it. Luckily our neighbor was honest and made the trip across the neighborhood to bring it to us, but I got no assistance trying to contact the company. All I received were automated email replies and no follow up. Incredibly disappointed amazon would use such a low quality service.

I sadly join the people for late/missing deliver items. Was supposed to get my order on the 23rd never came, 1 day later they update it to the 31st. Still no package. I wish I knew about this before ordering my Workbench on Home Depot online. Never use home depot home delivery option as long as they use this company. They don't update the tracking status till a day or week after it happen. I'm afraid I will never get workbench or my $500 back. I just can't fathom why home depot uses this company. I have also sent 3 emails and not one response from them yet.

I requested next day delivery with Amazon. Looked at the update and it said guaranteed by 9pm delivery. I was getting ready to leave the house so I called TForce to see when my package was going to be delivered. The driver called me back five minutes later and explained to me the night shift picks up their boxes around 5 PM and they are numbered and routed out ahead of time, according to his route my address was at the end so it would be close to 9. He offered to either hide it or put it over my back fence if I wasn't there. I think it was impeccable customer service. I am one happy customer

I ordered a Nintendo Switch on Thursday 11/22/18 thru Amazon and according to Amazon it was supposed to be delivered by 9PM on Friday 11/23/18. Item never arrived and I contacted the carrier via email and all I get are emails stating that they are researching my case and will get back to me shortly. I don't even blame Amazon they shipped out my item on time. This carrier is the issue. They can't even update the tracking number with a new estimated delivery date. I live in Fresno and the item is being shipped from Fresno.

Me and my brother planned a day at the range and we ordered a headset and some safety glasses from amazon thinking it was going to be delivered the next day. The package was delivered at 8pm but not at our house we tracked our package it had said it was delivered and signed for by me but i never seen it. I went door to door looking for the package no one had it so i kept calling the carrier for the next 2 days with no answer so we called amazon they got back to us saying they gave the carrier a day to try and find the package they didn't amazon called back the next day saying these guys dont know what they're doing a few weeks later a random person shows up with a cardboard box that was my amazon prime package soggy left in the rain at a random house. I ordered some stuff that says its coming today so lets see how they do my heart dropped when i seen who was delivering the package (update: recently ordered two separate things a day apart got them delivered right to the door good job 1 star turned into a 3)

II have yet to be burned over and over again with this company. They have been over a day late picking up my packages multiple times.

I have had packages "misrouted" multiple times and I am the one who has to call them otherwise nothing would be done. Every time I call them I have to file a claim to which someone is supposed to call me back and no one does.

I currently have a freight that was scheduled to arrive in Phoenix on the 20th and it is now June first and they cant tell me where my package is.

I only used them again because my company has an UPS account and I didn't want to hassle opening an account with someone else.

I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!
