It’s sucks! Never again. When you try to call them
they just hung up. I keep calling them to find out where is our box right now but no response. Bunch of lies. I would never recommend and i would not use these shipping cargo anymore. Better find another courier. They are bunch of lies. Costumer service is sucks. They don’t know how to talk to there costumers.

The local delivery people do not know the address. Bunch of liars, they’re stories do not coincide with what happened. I had to drive an hour to meet them and picked up the boxes myself. I did not have this problem with LBC or Global cargo. This was my first with Tatak and I will not do business with them again.

0 star! I sent my package last August, even up to this day of Dec, my cargo still on going! They keep change the date of delivery! 4 months and counting!! My cargo still not delivered!! Beware of this company!!

Grabe namn ito hitsura ng remaining 2 boxes ko na pinakahuling na deliver. Yong first 2 beat up rin pero ito pinaka worst. I know I gave 5 stars before for earlier arrival but disappointed sa hitsura ng box papuntang Mindanao. Sana namn hindi lang ninyo ipagsisikan mga boxes ng mga sender alam nyo po ba halaga ng laman nyan? Dapat alagaan din ninyo mga boxes ng nagpadala sa inyo. Very disappointed customer here.

Mabilis po dumating yong boxes ko bound for Manila. Earlier than the expected ETA. First time ko pong nagpadala dito. I appreciated the service po. Suggestion lang din, pwede po update nyo din yong online tracking ninyo from loading, to in transit, arrival sa Pinas kahit yon lang para naman ma excite namn kaming customers or ako lang lol. Hindi ko pa pala na open yong boxes kaya hindi ko pa alam paano yong handling ng Tatak Pinoy sana hindi nila inihagis mga boxes para walang damage yong laman ng boxes. Update ko yong feedback ko after opening my boxes. Thanks po.
