Tai has been a great upgrade from up, migration from AscendTMS. They support a ton of integrations so we can use the tools we need to be successful while using our TMS as the brains of our operation. Tai made our transition from our old TMS seamless. Their training and setup included some of the best training we have ever experienced. The interface is exponentially easier to use and the reporting function is the best we have come across. They were also able to seamlessly integrate with other services and our accounting functions.

Tai Software is a innovative TMS system with a lot of helpful user tools. It allows our customers to use one system to run their entire logistical needs. There are some bugs that need to be cleaned up, but for an overall system Tai has produced a great product.
