Went for the drive thru about an hour after opening. We were the only car and it took a bit longer than usual for them to acknowledge that we were there. Ordered a breakfast burrito and waited 15 minutes for it to come out undercooked.

There was another dude who came around and said "hey not trying to be creepy it's just that their doors aren't open and I don't want to eat McDonald's" he waited with us for about 10 minutes and then said "I'm going to McDonald's" which I am now envious of cause McDonald's does have a pretty good breakfast menu.

Ordered online , picked up order , drove home , and the Big Juan burrito I ordered wasn’t in the large order I pick up . They say they’ll fix it , but what a pain. Rick. Also when you order on line , the receipt you get from the store , doesn’t have the price of the food on it , just the food you ordered. Which I myself don’t like . Also you better call them right away when you see you didn’t get what you ordered , because they’ll ask when you picked it up . If it’s not soon after , you probably won’t get it fixed .

I ordered delivery, don’t recommend. I didn’t get my drink, so I called the store per the instructions on the website and no one answered the phone (yes they’re open.) and no online reviews for delivery orders. Our “mexifries” has about 4 whole ones the rest were crumbs and pieces of the poor potatoes that were served before ( a looooong time before). Taco came in a burrito sized tortilla with average taco filling, more bread than taco. I fixed this by pulling it apart and discarding the extra tortilla.

Order delivery at your own risk. You can’t get ahold of anyone and if they miss drinks and fries.. won’t be purchasing a meal again. Why pay for a meal? If you want it done right go to the store.

God awful service, very unsanitary (No hair nets, using gloves to move hair out of faces and then scratching there head with the gloves then using them to roll the food up into the paper, disgusting and they messed up my order, drove all the way home, and had to go all the way back just for them to give me the wrong order AGAIN. Never going back.

Drive thru
Tacos get smaller and price goes higher, crustos where's the cinnamon sugar. Sure wish the old owners would come back

I go there mostly for the stuffed mexi-fries. Lately they have changed. Now they just have cheese-no peppers or other spices that made them better than the ones at the gas station. They're not worth paying the high price now. Also the 5 Alarm burrito was noticeably smaller and tasted different. The staff was great, but the food that drew me to Taco Time is gone.

Updated review: prices are expensive for what you get now. Soft taco now seems 1/2 the size for more money. Won't be wasting our money here anymore 🙁

Always good food, lady running the register was very nice.
