Can not consider this location as "Fast Food". Took more than 40minutes at the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead. Sadly, I was too impatient by the time I received my order, I did not check the bag. Wanted a Taco Supreme combo (3 tacos) and ended up with 1 taco and 2 burritos..

"Under New Management" sign should be taken down as it seems like this place is not managed at all.

Food is amazing but the over all experience there is horrible. DON'T GO IN FOR DINE IN OR ORDER INSIDE!! The crew was arguing the whole time instead of making our food. And half the crew left. Took them about 45 min to get our food to us, and half our food was missing so had to go back in and wait another 15 minutes. When we left we realized half our food wasn't even correct. If you go here do drive thru. You'll get your food fast because they prioritize the drive thru over the dine in.

Waited in line at the drive thru for so long. My husband CANNOT have beef due to a health condition. We ordered him chicken items only to get back home, see that the wrappers were marked “chicken”, he takes 2 bites, it’s beef. Now he’s missing work because of a flare up! Food allergies and substitutions should not be taken lightly for this very reason. Now my family is missing out on income because the employees don’t take these things seriously.

I went to Taco Bell this past Thursday, I literally drove over an hour thru a blizzard because I was craving a bean burrito so bad !!

I got there at 8pm it says on the website that they are open until 10pm..when I arrived the girl in the drive thru told me they were closing in 2 min and to hurry

I ordered my burrito, which 15 min later was delivered to me lol… I opened what looked not round but literally square like a sandwich , not only was it square it’s cold - had not been cooked at all!!

I went inside to see if they could simply warm it up for me , when they refused to do so I pushed the burrito onto their kitchen floor and walked out of the establishment..

Only to be met at my car door as I was trying to leave by 3 employees one was recording me, one was watching and the other one proceeded to open my car door , not once but twice , the second time grabbing me out of my car , proceeding to physically assault me ..
Me being someone who has PTSD I completely blacked out while she was assaulting me so I have no recollection of what exactly she did to me physically , I am now left with neck injury almost like whiplash and back injury and swollen upper lip !

I would not recommend going to this establishment, if I could give these employees negative stars it would like -100..

I would not feel safe bringing my children here !! Or even yourself you might get assaulted at Taco Bell if you don’t get food poisoning first because apparently these people think it’s ok to NOT COOK or even warm up your food !!

Have a nice day !!

Went here last night for a quick bite on our way home. Was far from quick. The exhausted employees were trying their best to manage orders coming from the drive thru, in store, and delivery apps. We were patient and understanding that they were clearly understaffed. We didn’t even bother trying to order Taco Bell items because we noticed a few other customers waiting 10-15 minutes for their Taco Bell orders. Management needs to step up, hire more staff (or offer better wages) and train their employees better.

Food took ridiculously long to get out, girl working the register also ignored a growing line for about 15 minutes despite it being a relatively slow day. Understaffed, slow, and unfortunate experience.

I'm trapped. One hour. Trapped in the drive through. Two cars a head of me when I pulled in. Windows are caked with grime. Window person is drooling food into his beard. I can't get this hour back. I could have had good food and sit down table service at the Thai restaurant behind me. I could be home by now.
Don't do it.
Do. Not. Come. Here.
Ever.

Waited 1h in the drive thru and the order was wrong/incomplete, the staff just told me to go back to the line. The staff was stressed with us, so it was a bad experience.

Definitely need more staff and add a order screen at the drive thru so we can see if the employee did something wrong.

Also, their branch doesn't show up in the taco bell website, making it impossible to order online.
