As stated by others, CROOKS!!!! Won't pay tow bill, won't pay for property they damaged, STAY AWAY!!! Liars and crooks... the owner AND the drivers.

They gave me a job fresh out of truck driving school. Even after a few mishaps they kept me on board. The experience has been invaluable. Been here a little over a year but I can say they keep you running. Won't waste a lot of time talking about what's wrong, I talk to a lot of drivers out here and have heard the good and bad about trucking companies in general. You live and you learn. Long and short SYNY is a good company and it's what you make of it.

Dont drive for this company. Consider yourself warned. They will deduct money out of every paycheck until you reach $2500. They say it is for your insurance deductible. But really it's so you cant quit. If you quit they'll keep it. Besides my paycheck was late more than a few times. Look elsewhere if possible.

6 months ago this company scheduled a tow with us. We did it then they did a chargeback on the credit card. Dont trust these guys they are bunch of scum bags, and reading other reviews it seems like other people have the same issue. All their good reviews look to be fake.

Look I know everyone will have their own opinions about every place they work. Here’s mine....I’ve been here since February and I’ve been treated like nothing but family, from ovi Eddie and alin in the shop if it weren’t for our skin color difference you’d think we were family because they treat me personally with the upmost respect! My dispatcher Silvia is the absolute best!!!! I let her know how I want to run and she makes it happen. I’m not saying that everyone is lying because I’m not in their shoes but as long as you run and don’t cost them money the only time I hear from ovi or any of them is when I need something. I love it here and I can’t wait to see the next chapter!

ALL DIESEL REPAIR SHOPS AND SERVICE SHOPS BE AWARE!!! Calls for service to be done on one of their trucks and will fight you on paying. They are vulgar rude and very unprofessional. If they do not like what the price is or if the repair can not be done out of your control they will leave false rude reviews on Google. Pathetic!

Did they tell you when starting to drive with them, you'll not get paid for the first week of driving for them? That you'll be in the hole for the first week and not get paid until the following week? Or is it just me, or they treat colored people differently?

OVY at SYNY is very on time with updates and his team drivers did nothing but outstanding on our time critical delivery. They actually made it earlier than expected. Will certainly use them again !!
