I loved working for this place, 4+ years working there. And I had to step away from this place the 2nd (and last time) because of lack of accountability. People (within the crew you signed up to be in) were allowed to be bullies regardless of your amount of experience. The recruiter is biased and doesn't care to hire people based on their previous experience in the field. I had to watch him eat his lunch while he got the paperwork ready. I didn't find that professional at all and he took his time.

I loved this company, but the hardest and best workers were treated unfairly and had no support from HR even when incidences were reported of bullying.

They service United, delta and United as well as other airlines.

Last time coming here, have to look for other options for my air cargo.

Always slow to process anything. Most staff doesn't seem to know what they are doing. It's never easy when dealing with this place . Always the most difficult out of all the shopping places i pick up at.
And currently still require masks even though the vaccine is out. And they say it is federal law. Its not, they will hold your stuff hostage over a mask. That should be illegal. I pay for it, its my stuff.

I was worried about my dog being here after reading the bad reviews but the staff was super kind. Our dog arrived safe and sound from Texas to Phoenix this morning. The place was clean, lots of parking, an employee helped me get my dog out of her kennel and even wheeled her kennel out to my truck and loaded it for me. I rate Swissport 5 stars. Seems like the bad reviews came from employees and not costumers which is lame. Thank you for treating Stormie so well. We thank you!!!!!

If they had a .0 star, is what they get. They do everything possible to hold your package so you can pay for storage and no empathy. It’s s just a job. I won’t even recommend satan to this company. Lesson learned
