The most dirtiest and slowest warehouse I’ve ever been. Average wait time is 3 hours the least. A bunch of lazy forklift loaders that go around, looking for the load like in an open air market that’s why they are slow

(Bring drink and snack with you)
Take your paperwork and a PEN with you
Yes even on picking up
YOU MUST HAVE YOUR BILLS
IN HAND WITH YOUR DIVER LICENSE
Once checked in
go to the dock gate
And wait in line for a forklift driver
This is the only way to get loaded and unload

Once you get a driver
Then process to your dock door
Open the yourself
Count each pallet and each item then close your own dock door

Worst experience picking up my puppy. Pick up was scheduled for 10:55.. it is now 1:30 and I’m still waiting for my puppy

As I was driving I'm thinking to myself is this going to take forever. I've heard stories. I get there and everyone made my pick up pretty easy. It was very hot that day things could have been worse. I appreciate the team work and hard workers. Good job to everyone at Swissport. Have a Blessed day!

The reviews are true. Very slow.
Drivers:
Park in docks 3 Tru 14
Chock your wheels
Go inside with paperwork
Get seen, get paperwork back
Go thru glass doors on the left
give forklift driver paperwork and dock you parked in.
Return to truck
Get in your bunk and go to sleep it's gonna be a while. I recommend not picking up loads from here unless you got time to kill.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. This place is the worst place in the whole world I believe. They do not care about humans in general. They lost my cdl for a hour. They make you sit outside in the heat for hours and hours and hours. The bathrooms are gross. Vending machines don't work. Employees are rude when you ask why they allow their buddies to jump in line. I waited there for 8 hours and my company told me to leave. They have no sign in policy. They don't care you have hos or that you a human being with bathroom needs or hunger.

Simultaneously slow paced and chaotic somehow. I'd nearly given up hope when Dominique saved the day. He was the only friendly and helpful person I met there. Got me sorted out fast and snatched me from the jaws of defeat. I don't know if anyone at the company reads these, but Dominique deserves a raise. In case there's more than 1, I mean Dominique with the long braided hair and goat tee. Awesome guy.

I give the personnel there applause for knowing hors before arrival, that they were expecting luve animals on a flight. We flew a puppy from Wash to Wis, and couldnt be happier with the service. Highly reccomend using them for animal cargo, anytime!
