Very very slow three dock workers and no one wanted to help for 30 minutes. I understand being busy but you're guys weren't. Nobody at the front desk to help.a white older man was more interested to be talking to a black girl for 15 minutes than asking if I needed help!!

They've had my package since last Tuesday afternoon March 30th. I'm an hour and 6 minutes from their door and still haven't received my package as of today April 5th. Sending one of my employees to go pick it up from their location since they don't know when it will ship. Beyond frustrated, so much for one day shipping an hour away. Thanks for costing my customers and myself a valuable 5 days!

Deal with this company only if you have no other options. They consistently "no show" for pick ups with no notice. They are an embarrassment to the industry. My actual rating is ZERO stars.
