(Dec 2023) Cool place to get cockroaches in everything you had stored. Had to throw away most of our stuff because the person next to us was keeping garbage/food in their storage unit (witnessed) now my apartment has cockroaches too, despite treatment. Thanks!
One star for the staff who are nice to interact with. Otherwise... make sure you have heavy duty roach treatment on hand I guess.

Excellent place if you are looking for a low-cost storage. There new secretary is the most wonderful person you could meet( well, not too new she has been there all most a year. ) units are very secure you put in a pass code going in and out. Clean and accessible.

I've had a storage unit here for 13 years. Today was the first time it was opened since I placed my lock on it. My property is in GREAT SHAPE: undisturbed, a little dusty, but dry and no sign of mice or mold.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Kim provided exceptional customer service today, going above and beyond the norm to accommodate my need and an outstanding customer experience.

I'd recommend this facility hands down and 5-star customer service.

There's no emergency number or after hours phone number for you to call. Shouldn't every storage place like this have that. What happens if you get locked in the gate or something crazy happens to you there and you need to get ahold of someone after hours.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Mid Town Storage is THE WORST. Horrible. The MOST unethical, greedy storage facility in Northern California. You're better off giving away or donating your things than storing them here. I was a loyal customer for nearly a decade and had all my possessions sold out from under me without warning, DESPITE having just made a payment and having been promised my unit would not be sold. Self-serving unscrupulous owners picked my unit & pushed the sale through as quickly as possible- FAILING completely to follow the law and denying me the opportunity to recover my possessions. I can not caution you strongly enough- steer clear & store your things ANYWHERE but here. Minus 5 stars
