If I could I would give them -5 stars been on the dock from 8 am every time I go to ask how long it going to take them to load they have no answer and closing window on my face while I’m talking 100% the worst place to pick up, if I was an owner operator I be sending them a bill for wasting my time update 5.37 minutes to loads

Very bad people do not come here to pic load manager and staff rude v.v. bad compny making fool of you . I went in side to complain thay are also not helpful . Did not deserve to work with them. We are vetren own company. Never found people like this.

logistics by supra, we are owner-operators and we start working with this company with good expectations, the dispatchers never answer the phone, they give you loads once or twice a week, it's fatal they leave you waiting for loads. They don't even answer text messages.
if there is no opportunity to work daily so they continue to receive owner operators.

We use supra all the time with bringing in our international containers. Erika is amazing, trust me I am one of those that need her material immediately. She is very patient and has done everything she can to fulfill my request. I have dealt with Alice a few times but she is also nice and helpful. I love calling these girls up and dealing with them

Place is good at appointment time easily loaded and easily unloaded.in 1 hours or less .. but I’m shocked when one young forklift guy and the girl sit in check in office they both want money from me too unloaded my trailer faster or earlier then my appointment ..they both want lunch money near 60 dollars..when I denied to give money they put me on hold . And I wait there for 4 hours.. because I don’t give money...

Not a bad place Just take your time it’s pretty tight backing in especially door 35 . Park on the street and walk up to were the big sign with the QR code on scan it and follow directions. I delivered here took a little over 3hrs unload..
