Stay away. Francisco Lugo is a crook. I shopped a $1000 order. They sent me items and was missing half the order. They claimed I received all of it when it wasn't true. Driver came 3 hours early and threw everything outside at 7 am. We had it scheduled for 10am. Over the next 2 weeks items slowly got here. Left outside of course but we are still missing items

I agree. I used to love the courteous friendly sales people at Melco....I was treated positively rudely by both sales people when I placed my order this time, and they were both decidedly unhelpful when it came to box sizes and pricing.. Come on, guys at Supply1...they are the public face of your company, you can do better than that! (Your delivery guy, on the other hand, was great!)

I loved Melco. Sure. SupplyOne isn't Melco but they are still awesome. I get amazing customer service each time I pick up my order and the ease of ordering over the phone is incredible. They make my life simple which I love them for. I do miss the deliveries but really, I don't blame them for not being able to deliver to me anymore. I am in a corporate plaza with ZERO ability to turn around and it is an absolute mess. Besides, I like going there to see all the rows of boxes and bubble wrap - like a kid in a candy store. Keep up the amazing work SupplyOne!

I have been working with them for over five years now. I'm very pleased with the products and pricing we have been able to receive. I order several custom sized boxes and the price is competitive and the turn around time is great. Our account manager Caroline is great and goes above and beyond when it comes to finding packaging solutions to suit our needs. We will continue to use Supply One for all of our packaging needs.

We used to love Melco. I repeat, we used to LOVE Melco. Their prices were awesome. And, we are located outside their delivery area (not by much). But if we ordered over $5,000 of boxes they would delivery anyway! Ten years ago they helped us get started in business!

My only bad feeling about Melco is I wish they could have seen what kind of company Supply One was. I don't know details but when they sold out, they deserved to make money. However, they did a huge disservice to their customer base by selling to Supply One.

It is true, we continue to buy at Supply One. Because of our location we have few options. But they are all about money. And it feels that their favorite customer service word is "NO."

They won't deliver to us any more (even for the large orders). They jacked up prices quickly and significantly.

We've been a customer for over 10 years and last order (couple months ago) 13 of our boxes were junk. Other box companies do that -- but they take care of you. Supply One tells us that we had to handle it within 30 days (we are 2 hours away). Today we left the bad boxes with them anyway. And they saved themselves about $2. I think a 30 day policy is reasonable, but did they really think we were cheating them? Seems like for $2 they should have just believed us and given us replacements.

Ditto. My personal opinion. Loved Melco! Supply One is run like the Soup Nazi from Seinfeld. No 32 cent sample for you! When you need to order 2000 of the same box. They have certainly made it difficult to do business with on several fronts. Every aspect of the last sale was difficult. My money and future orders will be going to Riverside Paper Co or IC Industries both out of Miami. Free delivery as well.

Update. Riverside Paper rocks. Free delivery, better product, customer service in stock boxes and prices are better. I think they deliver state wide. They do have minimum orders depending on your location. Its $200 in our area.

The deals are pretty worth while, but their admin has historically been terrible if you order online and pick up or show up to buy. I've had to create my account with them 3 times.

That being said, I've been assured that they have a new system and the administrative nightmare is over, but I have yet to see a change in their ability to be organized.

Have been buying shipping supplies here for 3 years. It takes a week or two if you have a large order, but their quality is high. I am always happy.
