I called the warehouse at 7am morning, The shipping lady said load was ready,so I went there early. I checked in at 8:30am and was given a door immediately. Now 11:30am I went to the shipping office again, I asked her my load is no Ready ,She said no ready waiting for one pallet only. We are waiting for the product. This is not a good place picking up load,they are liars people. They are loaded my Trailer 3:06pm

The office staff is incredibly nice and respectful, I was running behind on time and they worked with me and stayed open well past closing to allow me to load. Every time I have been to this shipper it has been a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this facility to other companies and drivers.
