Mike Lurie the owner / property manager is the absolute worst property manager possible. I have an automatically renewing lease, with an annual lease increase in the lease contract. Mike decided he wants more money so he's NON-Renewing leases and being so nice (sarcasm) as to let people sign a new lease at a 32% increase... He's a snake in the grass... Completely void of ethics.
Response to Mike Lurie: Facts are facts. He's void of ethics. The neighbor that moved in after me to the right installed a machine that vibrates the concrete walls and floor of my office. I can't use my office due to the noise. Mike Lurie has done NOTHING about my complaints about the noise and the inability to use my office. Instead he retaliates now and non-renews my lease 3 days after my complaint to him. (Mike's lease clearly states that vibration machines must be placed on an isolation pad, which he refuses to uphold for the neighbor). Retaliation of non-renewing my lease is against FL lease law and is being dealt with separately. Yes this and among other things, clearly demonstrates Mike is void of ethics. Avoid this place else you'll get a surprise like me on his bait and switch on his supposed auto renewing lease! It's sad because I have made quite a few friends in the units around me over the last 2 years.
