I ran in with my husband to finish up a rental. I was amazed with the clean environment and the amazing smell. With all men working here I was surprised. Upon asking a few questions I found out Kyle here goes above and beyond to get smell goods from bath and body works. These aren’t cheap and make a huge difference. We reserved a carpet cleaner from Sunbelt. It was the only profesional one we could find in Ogden, though I might have missed one somewhere.
We were able to reserve it online even though it was a holiday,. Their website is very easy to navigate and it was simple find what we needed and place a hold on it. You have to register with Sunbelt first, but that is also a snap and they didn't ask you to enter credit card information on the website. Tuesday after Labor Day, my husband was able to pick it up. Well not literally. It is a very rugged, heavy machine so Mike kindly helped him load it into our car. We had a little trouble operating it. Dave, one of the dials was hard to turn and we didn't want to break it. Dave, the service technicians, was gracious enough to come out to our house and show us how the dial and the machine works. Even though we got a little bit of a late start because of the learning curve, we got all our carpets clean and the machine back to the shop by 5. Even though they had offered to let us keep it overnight. We will definitely be back to Sunbelt for our rental needs.

Sunbelt has always been a great place for me to rent equipment. They have a large selection and their prices are fairly matched to other rental businesses throughout the area. Their staff will meet you at the equipment and ensure you know how to use it and answer any questions that you may have. Remember to clean your machine when you are done as they do a post return inspection. Good prices, a lot to select from and a well run business. Thanks for the good customer service and nicely maintained equipment!

They have a good selection of equipment and availability. The only down fall is they are a bit pricier then other rental companies in Ogden. I've rented from Sunbelt in Farr West multiple times and have never had any problems. If you are looking for a equipment rental company, I would recommend Sunbelt Farr West.

These guys are awesome. They totally took care of me when I was an hr late on a Friday. They were accommodating and really nice. I'm a General Contractor and they just earned all my rental equipment business. Thank you!!!!
