we needed to get some things moved and in a storage unit set up ASAP. it was not only incredibly easy but a good price. special shoutout to michael because the customer service and support was absolutely spectacular. making it so we would not what to give our business elsewhere after our positive experience !

This was the first storage place I've had a good experience with. No B.S. , no price hikes, no hidden fees. Just a nice family running a lovely business. I had a unit for 1 year. We just got a bigger home so we dont need the unit anymore. However, the second I need more space, which will happen, I won't hesitate to pick Sun Valley again!

Price kept going up every 2-3 months and quality didn’t improve. Unit was always filthy. Would come to get stuff out and totes would be covered in dust and debris. Had rubber seal replaced at bottom of doors, didn’t improve the situation. If I had furniture in there we would have exited a long time ago. Have had numerous storage units across different facilities and have never had one get so dirty internally. Had enough especially with most recent notice of another price hike.

We had 3 storage units with them at one point. They are very accommodating and safe. We were with them for 4 years and never had any issues. One of my favorite things is their multi number code to get in. It detours the thieves.
