No stars, 6/25/24 7am still here waiting to get loaded, check in yesterday at 5:40 pm appointment. At 7 pm. 12 hours waiting and still nothing.

Checked in at 1730 on 08/26 and barely getting door @0230 08/27. The reviews don’t lie lol you’ll definitely be killing some time here my appts for 1100 08/27 and I’m almost 100% sure I’m not going to make it on time. I don’t think they go by appt time it’s more like first come first serve I could be wrong? When I pulled in guard told me I had 21 trucks ahead of me. They have stage parking, plenty of space to maneuver and they have port-a-johns with wash station.

Update: finished loading me at 0700, I’ve came back 2 times for overweight In the rear 35020 the first time then 34900 the second time. I missed my 1100 appt and it’s now 1121 let see if they get it right this time.

First checkin at guard shack then go to the shipping office with your PU, truck license and trailer license plate number. Easy to back in on doors.

If you don’t feel like going home on time they will help you by keeping you here for 12 to 15 hours they don’t care about drivers time don’t come here if you don’t want your whole week to get messed up stay away

Pretty good place to load. Picked up 4 pallets there and was in and out in about 45 minutes.

Pull up to the gate and give the security guard your pickup numbers. They'll have you pull thru and park along the side of the building. Once parked, walk to the shipping office. Fill out the paperwork and wait for a door. There is nothing really different about this place compared to all the others in the area. Plenty of room to back in, which is nice.
