Terrific company! Best pricing (and I checked several companies). Dependable. On time. Cole, our service person, was OUTSTANDING! We sold our shipping container to Sun Pack, but I had no experience whatsoever on how to handle picking-up a 20-foot shipping container. We had to find and coordinate a crane company along with Sun Pack Shipping.
Cole was extremely helpful with recomendations. I must have called Cole 20 times for guidance. He never once seemed like I was bugging him (although I'm sure I was). LOL! Cole walked me through every step. When it came to "moving day", it went like clockwork. Cole arrived on time and kept in contact with me while enroute. Our container had been sitting in stone. Once Cole loaded it onto his truck, he took a push broom and cleaned the stone from the street. Nice touch! I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend Sun Pack Shipping Containers and especially Cole. We searched the entire Arizona & these folks are the only honest fair and professional sellers of shopping containers in south west region. No Games No low balling and charging you with surprise charges, just a extremely honest family business since the 80s, the rest of shipping container sales are all brokers almost no one has New, mostly offer used 15-20 years old rusty beat up containers, any other sellers with New One Trip containers are mostly in California and most brokers are either overseas or if the have sticking New containers are selling them from California’s ports, Sunpac is the only local Phoenix seller of New & Used shipping containers that we found, we just purchased a New 20’ One for our business use & can’t be happier with their service.

They also have a Lake Forest Laguna Beach CA warehouse location for sales and rental too.

The delivery pal Cole was the right Driver for this delivery, he took his time making sure everything was done right and dropped it professionally and meticulously to very spot we wanted, it took less than an hour to have the Container placed at our backyard, and since we paid extra in case for difficult placement & delivery, Cole went ahead and reimbursed us for the difference since he determined it was a just a routine normal situation delivery… now that’s 100% honesty most folks would not mention the extra charge and would call it a day, this company is a rare gem, give them a chance and I’m sure they’ll be the best choice in AZ & CA for your container needs.

Lastly I want to thank my sales rep Ethan who was very helpful from the moment we called him first and met with them until it was delivered Ethan kept communicating with us was very transparent and informative on the whole process.

This company is EXCELLENT! I have purchased containers from other companies in the past with less than a desirable experience. When I spoke with Ethan at Sun Pac, he found me a one-use container that was in brand new condition. He was able to fast-track my door modification and get the container delivered 1 week ahead of the original ETA. The delivery guy Cole was extremely professional and experienced, manuvering around a tree and placing the container exactly where I had marked it out. Best part was this was by far the best price I was quoted. GREAT overall experience!!
