We used Sugar Street Storage to store our belongings while we built a home for about 8 months. We were able to get a unit quickly- it was clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible. The staff were very efficient in helping us get signed up for the unit. We honestly had no problems whatsoever during our time using them- payment was a fair rate, auto-pay worked fine, and when we were ready to cancel, the process was very fast and easy to stop using the unit. We appreciated knowing that our belongings were in a safe location, and had no damage or pest issues over 8 months. Thank you!

Beautiful location, multiple units, great prices, and the staff is extremely easy to work with. Also the place is literally still brand new and very nice but you get a better price than other locations!!! Would recommend to anyone

Facility is great! Every time I go to my storage unit an employee walks out to say hello. It feels safe to have an employee acknowledge your presence especially since I am sometimes alone. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

Very nice units and staff. We had our items in storage for a year while our house was being built and after a year everything was nice and clean. There was a billing discrepancy but John was exceptionally responsive and timely with helping us resolve the issue. Couldn't be more happy with the help we received!

We have so appreciated Sugar Street Storage the past few months. Great customer service and SO convenient! When we needed a bigger unit, they were able to adjust our rental, prorating the cost accordingly. When we sent a letter 45 days before vacating, there was a mix-up and the notice ended up being forwarded to our new home address. I went in with the letter, stamped by USPS way before the 30 day requirement and was told it would not be a problem. We vacated our unit and had no issues. This week I see that I was inadvertently charged for the coming month but I am sure they will take care of that issue. I love their heavy gates, all the convenient locations of keypads and the cleanliness of the business. DavidWayne is incredible. Thanks for serving us!
