Suddath Relocation made our move a very smooth transition. Having sold our home sooner than expected, we were left with having to move before our new home was finished. This company not only moved us but stored our home goods for several months while we waited for our new home to finish construction. The move was flawless and this team
was responsive to our every need plus our goods were kept safe. We cannot thank Chris, Caroline, Derek, Raul and Joe enough! I don’t have the names if the first team of movers but they were awesome too! Great job by all!

The moving team themselves were great, awesome communication, all our stuff arrived intact and on time!

The rest of the company (survey scheduling, surveyor, and two moving coordinators) were individually very pleasant and informative! They did not pass any information to each other though, so be prepared to repeat yourself often when any changes need to be made.

Suddath was a great company to work with, and they were able to accommodate a last minute shipment for a work translation. Sergio Holt and D’ Ireon Holt were extremely responsive, friendly, and efficient! They would check in with me to see if I preferred certain items being packed differently and made me feel like my items were packed with the utmost care. Even in the San Antonio heat, with an apartment building that is not easy to get around, this was the best experience I have had with any moving company (:

Suddath movers were very professional, friendly, and quick. Furniture was adequately padded and packed to avoid any significant damage. Mirrors and glass panels in the furniture were protected and arrived intact. The movers doing the packing and unpacking arrived at the scheduled times, and the shipment was delivered in less than a week.

The moving estimate was done by video conferencing and accurately documented the items to be moved. The moving cost was slightly higher than some estimates from competitors, but the very detailed and thorough cost estimate by Suddath inspired more confidence that the move would not result in any property loss or damage.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the movers and level of communications with the company before, during, and after the move.

I received amazing service from Suddath relocation company. I recently retired from the military and this was my first civilian move. My coordinator was very professional and contacted me to explain the process and kept the lines of communication open before, during and after my move. My household furniture was packed with care and there were no issues upon delivery. I had a lot of glassware (tables, stands and etc) and I was nervous about damage but no damage occurred and I received my furniture much faster than anticipated. I priced a couple of moving companies and I must say that Suddath relocation gave the best price.
