I wish I could give them 1 star. Ordered ifuel at the beginning of the season. They charged us 6.25 a gallon. Its been so cold we needed to fuel up again. We inquired if we could get a better deal than 6.25. They came down to 5.50. The going rate is 3.64 . Why are they allowed to take advantage of people like this? 200 gallons for over 1000 dollars. Absolute greed over a commodity that is essential to survival. Shame...

When we bought our house the previous owners had used Suburban so it was easiest just to switch over service and keep the tanks here. I'm glad we did, the price has been great, our driver is an awesome guy Love chatting with him when he makes the delivery, and every time I've needed to call in for some reason customer service has been great. No complaints at all, glad we're with suburban.

This is how the technician left my house 3weeks and no follow-up from suburban Propane. They put my health and safety on the line this could be a potential fire risk. This is a horrible company!!!

new customer here, Ryan & Charles came and delivered and set up tanks. was impressed they were both approachable. respectful with my home and my space and asked before walking through my bedroom to get to hot water tank. and best of all they were respectful of our dogs as well and even talked to them and once installation complete petted them and gave them a little attention for being so good while they were there.

Great driver but very shady office manager. I've been a customer for 5 years using close to 1500 gallons of propane annually, had Covid this summer and missed the price lock in, next thing I know their charging me $5.50 a gallon, I called the office they would only bring it down to $4.99, when most other are ar $3.60. I told them I was going to switch providers and here comes out the thief in them, they then completely fill my 1000 gallon tank on a Saturday, they have never been here on a Saturday, and only fill our tank normally to 60%, so here I tell them I'm looking else where, and so they fill my tank to 100%, at $5.50 a gallon, take my advise the local manager is a crook. Office people were always very nice as was the driver. Manager a crook.

Terrible customer service out of the office that services Barre, VT. Filled the tank for the house that I own prior to me owning the home and is now charging me for that service, despite it happening before I owned the property. Company does not communicate very well either , nor do their customer service representatives even know their job enough to give you a proper answer . Recommend looking for another company if you are staying in central Vermont.

We have used Suburban for years and are happy with their service. They are prompt with deliveries and very responsive. We recently had an urgent situation and they not only reached out but they reached out quickly and had service at our home within a few hours fixing our issue. Definitely will keep using this company.
