My first load with STT. Communication was good. Lilian was very knowledgeable about the freight I was picking up. Load and process was seamless. Will do more business in the future with STT .

Hauled a load for this carrier. Dims were questionable, and they were not overly easy to get a human on the phone. We are an old-school trucking company, and we want to make sure we can deliver the goods. Once we got the information, we were able to determine we could load this to be legal dims. Otherwise, all was good we ran the load, and everything went as as good as expected.

They did a great job I’ve explaining the load we were hauling for them. They had everything set up and in place ready to go when we got on site. Customer was very easy to deal with on both ends because the broker communicated very well with them. We appreciate the loads from STT Logistics group !!

Luis Lopez was awesome to work with. He provided a brochure of the equipment we were picking up, the weight and dimensions were exactly as stated, the rate was fair, and I had no problems getting paid from my factoring company. The overall experience was great, and I look forward to working with him and STT Logistics Group again.
