Great spot for good food and impressive atmosphere. Stopped here for lunch on our way south and was very delighted. Great BLT, really good wedge salad, and the loaded Mac and cheese was delicious. Service was good, not amazing, but good. The coleslaw was not a hit, but otherwise great spot!

The family and I stopped Strap Tank Brewery in Springville the other day, is a fantastic spot for great food, craft beer, and an awesome atmosphere. From the moment you walk in, the vintage motorcycle-themed decor stands out—it’s a perfect blend of industrial and rustic, creating a fun and inviting environment.

One of the highlights for my family was their excellent kids’ menu. It’s not just an afterthought; they offer quality options that keep the little ones happy while parents enjoy their meal. It’s a great spot to bring the whole family without compromising on food or ambiance.

Of course, the beer is a standout, and the Ape Hanger Hazy IPA deserves a special mention. It’s a well-balanced, juicy IPA with just the right amount of citrus and hop character—smooth, refreshing, and full of flavor. If you’re a craft beer fan, it’s definitely worth trying.

Food was hit or miss. Also service was really slow - it was 20 minutes before they took our order after we were seated and our drinks would sit empty awhile before being refilled.
For the food, we liked the pub Mac and cheese but if you add steak 1) the steak is a very small portion maybe 4 oz and 2) it isn't cut up into the Mac and cheese but just left on the side. See photo for Mac and cheese with the steak. They also don't ask how you want it cooked and it was very well done. We also got a burger which was not very good.

I had a good experience here tonight. The food is superb. I ordered the salmon tacos, and they tasted amazing. And the ascetics of the restaurant are impressive. It's just a fun place to eat.
My one big complaint was with the service. My server was horrible. My appetizer was brought out by the manager before my server brought my drink. Then, other items were forgotten throughout the meal. It was just annoying. I didn't expect this type of service from an upscale place.

It may have been just an off day! But, when we were seated we got put in the dark corner, no big deal. Our waitress did not come over until we had been sitting for over 20 minutes. We wondered if we had done something wrong, 2 other parties were seated, got their drinks and their food before we were even greeted by our server. We ordered and it took another 15 minutes to get our drinks and then we ended up having to wait an entire hour since being sat to receive our food. The waitress was inattentive and the food for everyone was cold. I’m so sorry to be posting this, but honestly the dining experience was really bad. I still tipped but I was disappointed :/

I'm from Utah and I had never heard of this place and it's awesome! It has a super cool atmosphere, great service and delicious food. We went here one day for brunch for my wife's birthday and it was fantastic. We went with another family, so I got to try a little bit of a few meals and they were all great. It's a little pricey but considering the quality definitely makes it worth it. They have pretty good options for kids. They serve breakfast until 1pm.

This place is way underrated. Give it a shot. You won't be disappointed.

We have been to the Strap Tank in Lehi and liked it so we decided to try out the Springville location. The live band on Friday night was great. We had to wait about 30 minutes to get seated. Which wasn’t bad for a Friday night. We got some spinach and artichoke dip for an appetizer which was pretty good. I got the southwest burger and it was really good. My wife got the southwest salad and it was ok. She would not order it again. Our server was really good and friendly and attentive.

Love the old fashion look with the bricks, metal, and glass. The customer service is fantastic, I came in with my step dad, mom, and older brother. Everything came out in a timely manner after we ordered food. They also serve liquor and beer, great for large groups, families, and couples. Great selection of diverse food especially burgers and Ahi Tuna I had tasted amazing. For my appetizer I had the fried pickles and a tasty sauce on the side.
