Cam Franklin was our realtor and helped us to purchase our first home! Camarron Franklin was great to work with, he had a list of properties to look at as soon as we got in town. It made searching for land much easier to know he was always looking for parcels that checked the boxes for us. He was willing to answer any questions we had and keep us in the loop with anything that was brought up pertaining to the lots as we narrowed them down. Will definitely use him again but for now we have our dream home going on the perfect lot!

Cammaron Franklin was the best!

His communication and attention to detail was excellent as we wrote up an offer.
Very professional and knowledgeable of local trends and values, with the added bonus of the famous local friendliness.

Cameron Franklin is the most helpful, hardest working real estate agent I have ever worked with in my fifty plus years of buying homes and land all over the USA. I knew I wanted property in Homer, but wasn’t sure what I wanted. I was buying from my home in Oregon, which was quite challenging for both of us. He found land I liked, but we were unable to acquire it. I can’t tell you how many parcels he walked looking for my perfect lot. He never stopped trying to find exactly what was right for me. Then, he found the perfect lot with a great little log home on it and wonderful sellers!!! I now have my little dream home our family can visit in Homer or rent out. Thank you, Cam!!

Story Real Estate’s entire team is fantastic to work with. We have had the move to Alaska planned for the last several years and had reached out to Chris a few times during the waiting period.
