I had no choice but to put my vehicle up for storage. I caught StorSafe online, and considering they were the most reasonably priced, I chose them. Set up for the account was easy. The insurance liability was fairly cheap. They were extremely helpful when I asked questions, and at that from a mobile state on my part, so they pretty much handled everything smoothly. When I received my vehicle again, account closing went well also. Very nice, helpful people when needed. I have rented from others, and StorSafe has been the best. Highly recommended.

Signing up on line using your phone was a little hard to do, doing it on a home computer may of been better especially because there is a lot of info to go thru. First day in the storage facility was fine, gates worked as advertised and the stalls were somewhat clean. Going forward I would tell friends to go there.

I originally rented a unit at a different facility managed by the same people. That unit did not meet my standards at all. I asked for full refund and was given a full refund. I ended up renting a unit from a different location they had and I’m very pleased. The managers have been very helpful and made sure that I was taken care of. The new unit in Cary was just what I needed. Thanks for working with me on my situation I had .
Only problem I had was mice. Lots of mice. I purchased multiple traps and still had them around. I wish they had a lot more mice traps around the property.

This is one of the best storage locations Ì have used. Michelle has great customer service and helped me with every thing from start to finish, she took her time explaining everything and always gets right back to me. Prices are competitive and the location is clean. Will be staying for a while.

Marc is amazing!
The whole process took very little time and I did it all over the phone with him and he was very thorough!
He was very professional and got me in my large 10x30 unit in the matter of 15 minutes!
So the facility is very well run and very secure and so convenient!
I just called him back today to rent another 10x20 unit!
Keep up the great work!
