Today was a great experience for me! I couldn’t believe that on a Sunday, I was able to locate a great storage facility! The best by far yet! But my greatest experience from it all, was meeting Austin Baucom!! Best customer service, professional, very polite towards my family, just a very respectable young man! Great place for storage, staff are awesome, secluded and secure. The only downfall is access hours end at 9pm other than that it's the best storage place I've used

I have been very pleased with the cordial and rather innovative way StorQuest has taken to reminding me when I need to make my payment. Of course it is my responsibility to ensure my rent is paid on time, but of course life happens, cards expire, and such. Historically, reminder calls have always been negative and condescending. The upbeat communications from StorQuest make me smile and encourage me to take care of business with their positivity and I truly enjoy being a customer.
